The Dining Account ("D.A.")
-minimum budget of $500 per semester per person for the Fall and Winter Semesters
(compares to $1,955 per semester minimum on-campus)
All meals include your choice of soup or salad, entree, beverage and desert and more....
Meals are served in the Dining Room from 4pm - 9pm

Room cleaning fee is required for month and semester stays. Service can be waived at check-in and is fully refundable. Refund is immediate at the end of a semester upon room inspection or by company cheque upon departure inspection Company cheques take approximately 21 days to process.
Semester Bookings: $500 deposit + remaining rent + cleaning fee* + mandatory $500 Dining Account (September thu April)
Payments: via Visa, MasterCard, cash, cheque, debit card, Western Union Money Order, Post Office MoneyGram
Fall Semester payment due August 15
Winter Semester payment due December 15
Two Payment Plans are available to Ontario Residents or Guarantors:
1. Flexible Payment Plan - Availlable up to 4 payments per semester
Fall: Aug 15, Sept 15, Oct 15, Nov 15
Winter: Dec 15, Jan 15, Feb 15, Mar 15
2. OSAP 1-2-3 Payment Plan
- $500 rent deposit at booking
- $500 Dining Account deposit on arrival
- Room fees due when OSAP funds are released or before October 15th
Refund Policy:
Upon payment of deposit and acceptance of terms the reservation cannot be canceled. However, with written consent, University Place will sublet on your behalf at any time in the contract period. Sublet fees will be credited to your contract obligation less a $500 staff, advertising and re-signing fee.
