No sales tax on stays longer than 30 consecutive days
House cleaning fee mandatory for month and semester stays. Service can be waived at check-in and is fully refundable. Refund is immediate at the end of a semester upon room inspection or by company cheque upon departure inspection Company cheques take less than 21 days to process.
Semester Bookings:
$500 deposit + remaining rent+house cleaning fee* + minimum $500 Dining Account (September thu April)
Fall Semester payment due August 15

Refund Policy:
60 days or less notice prior to arrival date, 50% refund
30 days or less notice prior to arrival date, 0% refund
$50 administration fee for credit card deposits that are refunded
