The dining experience at University Place is among the best. Restaurant quality food at affordable prices. The secret is our experienced, culturally diverse and creative culinary team. We love good and healthy food and that is how we cook for you. Each meal is custom made for maximum freshness, quality and enjoyment.

Your D.A. (Dining Account)

Your D.A. is a convenient way to pay for meals and other purchases at uPlace. The minimum per semester is automatically looked after from day one. We simply take your photo on our secure computer system attaching it to your room/suite number and account balance. There is no extra card to lose and it is completely secure from theft.

When paying for your dinner or convenience purchase simply let the attendant know your room number (we will get to know you soon enough), your photo will automatically appear confirming your identity, and your purchase is instantly debitted from your D.A.. Initial our copy and your account balance is printed up on a receipt for your convenience.

Adding money to your D.A. is just as simple via cash, debit, credit card or cheque. Parents or Guardians can also phone in a credit card transfer directly onto your D.A. on your behalf.
